I rebooted the server, maybe this solves things. Too tired now to really look things through.

can i do those again? i don't want to play the entire turn again because i had good odds, please let me know.

another strange bug is here, the server seems to have registered my reinforcements but as you can see i have some non/value territories with no number in the circle : https://dominating12.com/game/717221
