I noticed shadow resigned 3 times in this game https://dominating12.com/game/659591 I also remember Axo saying he resigned from a game and it counted as 3, must be a bug?

Yep, defenitely a bug. They also lost/gained rating/tokens thrice.

I returned 2*22 rating for the loser (shadowrisk) - the winner (cho) was lucky and gets to keep his points

No time to look at it now, but tell me if something like this happends again.
