A player should be sent a msg by the admins to inform him why he's been accused and which game so they can either learn from the mistake, or at least give reason to explain why they played the way they did... People are abusing the report tabs and it's not always fair when a point is lost

agreed, also, with attendance points.....I have lost attendance points without missing a turn? I play 24 hour games because I have to sleep and work, so sometimes I do a turn with only a few hours left, and I get dinged attendance points. Why is that. I have missed only 35 turns in over 4500 turns, and I had cancer for the last year (just went for my one year test and I am clean...yoohoo!). I would like to know why my attendance score is 85. in fact it went from 87 to 85 without me missing a turn.

First of all, I am glad to hear you are all clear johnny! The attendance score can't or shouldn't decrease if you have not missed any turns in recent games because... it is based on your last 100 games so if you missed 10 turns and the games in which they were missed are still part of your last 100 games, your score should still be the same. When one of those games (with missed turns) becomes no longer in your last 100 games, the score should go up a little. Eventually, when all the games with missed turns are no longer in your last 100 games, your score will again be 100. There should also be no missed turn logged for taking your Long Term turn with only a few hours left, only when the clock hits zero and you did not start your turn should you get a missed turn. [i]It used to be that when you start your turn in a LT game, you had 1 hour to play, but I'm pretty sure that you now have the remainder of the clock to take your turn if you so wish!?![/i] If you are sure that your score actually decreased without missing any turns or resigning (this has the same effect), you should contact an Admin and get them to look into it. I apologise if I am giving any "duff" information here, but I think this is how it works.

Thanks Aero. Good enough......I did miss 3 turns 2 weeks ago (on vacation and no internet, and I have sausage fingers so phone is frustrating. I am really more concerned with the fair play and chat scores, because anyone who looks at my profile will see that I miss less than 1% of my turns (it is actually 31 missed of 4661 today). PS - thanks on the cancer thing too! Cheers, I wouldn't wish my treatment even on my worst enemy (had stage 4 naso-pharnagyl carcinoma - 4 cm tumor in the middle of my head...thought I was a gonner for sure) but I know it has made me a better person, so I have no complaints, I just wish more people would make it. Played a football tournament in England when I was a kid, bot billoted in Southhampton, Kevin Keagan was there at the time, and they played at the old wooden Dell. Go SAINTS! Back in the top flight....great year last year (despite poor finish) and good start again away from home!

We had Keegan has manager for a time. It was exciting .... he has no concept of defending. (Or tactics, tbh). Decent side Southampton. I don't mind them finishing 4th above the scum from down the road :D
