Address Book for invites

For faster invitations to games

The second one isn't really possible with the way invites currently work, because when they get deleted all history about it is gone.
I think it's a lot of work to change that right now. Also, unsure if anyone is ever going to use that often.

@matty, I do have plans to switch invites to a hide state instead of deleted when you click the x in order to improve how the avoid list functions. After that is done, checking to see if you have already invited someone would be trivial.
