Beginning of game Alert

It happened to me twice now that I'm waiting for the start of a game, which takes forever. To avoid sticking around watching the screen for the game to start, I start doing other activities. Sometimes I forget even I applied for the game, yes also with the 5 minutes counter.
Can there be a clear alert which you can toggle on and off in the "invite"-screen for when the game starts? Now there is allready the change of turn signal, which is faint and discrete, and which not allways does it. Or how do other players do this?

It's on my to do list.

In the meantime I suggest going to google and typing in "timer" and then click start. Check the game page when the alarm goes off then reset the timer.
