Alert Sound Option

I think this would speed up the process of live games starting by avoiding people falling out of the game while waiting, since many people get distracted and forget to click the still here button. It would also cut back on missed turns when the game is in progress. The internet is a distracting place, so a quick little alert would be a great tool!
