Viewing "game information" in-game

Currently, if I want to see an explicit description of the reinforcement regime or card turn-in of a game, I have to go to "Turns" (in the upper right) and click "more info" next to the game i'm playing.

This not only takes two clicks, but takes me to another screen. I think it would be a lot better if this information were available in the game screen (e.g. through the tabs in the bottom panels).

It is on the game screen in the black bar at the very bottom next to the timer.

And we do plan on making a game settings tab so there will be two places to find it.
