Create "Favorite" Settings Template

Details: Many players are hooked on one certain game or map type, such as Classic, Same Time, Capitals, and Unlimited Forts. To make the "Start a Game" process easier for those who are experienced, there should be a way to select a template that the player has already made with the settings they like. This can be used over and over in order to minimize frustration with slow computers and get back to the game faster.
