Faster attacks

If you make it longer, maybe add an option under report players for abusing it. Someone will add time just to be a jerk when the game isn't going their way. Seen it before, and with a longer timer it would be even more infuriating. I know people "will be banned" for timing out on purpose, so I have been told. But that just puts more burden on mods/admins - throw it in the report feature and it could be automatic.
