Default settings for creating a new game

I think it will be better if player can save their favorite game settings when creating a new game

Some will always play
Same Time, Capital, Unlimited, 2 players, Classic Map

Others will
Consecutive, Capital, Chained, 6 players, Classic Map, with point limit

So the site can do one of these things

1. A box to check this is my default settings, next time when a new game is created, the default settings will be selected

2. OR a box to check loading my last game (that I created) settings

That helps creating game faster (and less mistake)
