Glitch

Hello. I was playing game 296120 when i conquered Norma, taking her last territory. I got her 5 cards and three were green, but I got no extra time and could not cash in the cards then.
See below: (Later Lazer someone playing red was able to cash in orange's cards and have an extra turn. So what's going on? Can I be compensated in some way? Thanks.

I haven't heard of this bug happening before. I've looked at the code again and can't figure out how it happened.

Did you game freeze up after making the kill? Did you have to refresh your browser?
