Game setting to block out high missed %'s.

But basically it would be an additional setting when setting up a game that would block out people with a pre-determined missed turn percentage, lets just say over 10% as an example. In my own experience it seems about 50-75% of the live games I play at least 1 person will miss turns and be dropped within the first 4-5 rounds. Usually this throws a wrench in any strategic plans and typically works out in 1 players favor. This setting would give most players the peace to play out a fair game that isn't disrupted by players dropping out. And as for the players over the 10% rate they could still join games that don't have this setting and work their way back to getting under the threshold.
