It would be nice if we had some sort of tournament. Maybe with 1 month premium membership as first place price or something

Actually, we do run a few tournaments... right now the team tournament is running
In Jan or Feb we will run a DSRT ( a double elimination tourney) It happens about every 3 or 4 months.
And in Jan of Feb, there probably will be a "dominating 12" playoff. A special event for the top players of the site.
