Expanded World not balanced?

In the original risk owning Europe was equal to owning America even though it is smaller than America. This is due to the fact that it is one of the hardest territories to fortify in the game. In world expanded it is even harder and I was wondering if it would be at all possible to buff the troop bonuses for Europe or at least consider it on the world expanded map thanks.

Not positive, but I don't think that World Expanded was meant to simply be a larger version of the world classic. Sure the geography is the same but a lot of the strategy is supposed to be different.

It is true that on world expanded Europe is not the best super region to have, but if you can combine it with Asia it is super strong.

So I don't think the map is unbalanced. It's different than the world map, yes, but not unbalanced I think.
