emptying your capital- bad idea

yes, emptying your capital can help you, but soon it will turn against you. You should only empty your cap if it absolutely neccasary or you move them back in at the end of the turn. Splitting the troops in yur cap is also bad. I see it so often, and I can tell you that I look for the chance to destroy anyone who emptied their cap.

In a capitals game, when someone kills the troops on your capital, you are dead, and the one that kills you gets all your territories, troops and cards.

So yes, stacking lots of troops on your capital is usually a good idea
