I said that I liked Votazap's better but that the tops of the mountains were to sharp and I like that marcoxa's trails where separate instead of a few huge trails...I also liked his idea of mountains in the background instead of clouds but I don't like the way he did them...

I have no real idea of what i'm supposed to be expecting, but for now i liked Votazap's one a little bit better ;-)

i am not sure if the jpeg compression artifacts in marcoxa's image are from the original image he modified or if they are from his compression to make it fit in the forum. I always ask for the full size image with little compression for this reason. if the image doesn't fit in the forum then provide a link to the full size version. Also you have to be careful about which picture hosting service you use because some of them compress the image further (facebook is the worst). We have had success with imageshack.us but you have to change the settings to make sure that the image does not get modified. If anyone knows of a free service that does not modify the image by default, please let me know.

i use Photobucket but i don't know how there service is for compressing

ok me and votazap have agreed to do a 2nd draft based of your comments that will be posted Sunday. then we will allow through Tuesday for voting.

I voted for the second map because it had more ski trails and figured it would make gameplay harder.

so do you like votazap's graphics better? Because I thought the same thing...I like how many trails marcoxa did but I like yoda's trails...

yeah...to blurry, you couldn't tell that the trees were trees...

Votazap try to make more separate trails and do an overlay layer with a gradient...or something because the white on the trails aren't the same as on the mountain
