Sorry, I changed it again, because I could'nt hold it anymore.
This is the way the map should look in my opinion: Dima's original dark version with a wood-like / wood-colored frame.

Nice! I'm glad to hear that.
So now let's go back to this version and let's re-fix the dotted lines as per @slackbatter's request.

The way the trails meet just west of Fort Hall suggests to me that Boise is connected to Humboldt River or Salt Lake. But during gameplay those connections don't exist. Don't know which is correct/better.

Light gray dots instead of white ones probably is good you should try and see. Eventually I'll add my frame at the end or you can simply copy it from my post above.

Yes, very quick.
There are several pixels that turned dark or black scattered in and around the city circles. Not much visible at a normal scale but still annoying, you should check carefully and remove all of them please. The text is much more well-readable. The pink bars indicating the territories of Oregon and S. Francisco have changed their position, they should be directed to the centers of the city circles. And together with the bar of Independence they should not be pink, but possibly of a neutral color or a yellowish white as they were before.
