Map outlay ideas

Hello, so far we had few variarions in terms of board design/map outlay. Here are some ideas for alternative outlays/designs. I have written ideas for usage of these outlays and their possible benefits on the maps. Bishop had the idea to make more maps situated in thenew world, cuz we have many people from there. Here is an idea for a possible new world map: Coastal battle between usa and latin america/latin reconquista. [spoiler][img]https://i.imgur.com/shUWayI.jpeg [/img] [/spoiler] So far i am not planing to make maps woth this outlay & topoc, but maybe somebody else can use it as inspiration. Right now i am getting A LOT of ideas on how to make maps, but like time/possibility to execute them, so i ppst some stuff here to inspire other map makers.

In which years are these 2 maps set, please?

well, these are not rly maps, but rather ideas how to make outlays for maps. but the maps itself can be set in any time. i thoigh the china and usa map could be best set in modern times and americas in times of spanish empire maybe
