I slightly changed my mind about the Gulf Coast map, I think it has to be expanded a bit to the North, so including half of Arkansas.
Arkansas and Georgia are not actually on the coast, but they are almost there, it would be weird to exclude them, especially Georgia.
Mexico, Oklahoma and South Carolina still excluded though. Just like in this draft:
