2 people playing from same computer

Is it possible for two people to join from the same computer or internet connection without getting booted off? My son and partner have thought about joining, but we only have one pc, and one laptop which we all share.

One person uses "Crome" the other uses "Firefox".
then you have to flip back and forth between the two browsers.

Is that within the rules?

People that share the same IP address (internet) or even computers can still join, it is not against the rules to have family members on the site. In fact, a lot of people here play with their siblings, parents, partners, etc.

Playing one against another whilst using the same computer might be hard though. You can always try the method Thorpe mentioned if it ever comes to that.

It's only against the rules if 1 person has two accounts.

It's always a good idea to let the staff know ahead of time because if someone suspects you and your partner or son of teaming and we find out that both account have the same IP then we will assume that it is just one person cheating with 2 accounts. So thanks for the heads up.

I personally use the trick with two differnet browsers Thorpe described to test things locally (there I have two accounts, not on this site).
Except that I use operah and firefox, because I hate Chrome xD
