95.5% of the time you kill a players cap before your 2nd turn in... you fail or die next

Hi,
I have a doubt concerning game 8. Is the "play to win" mandatory also in that game or just the "play not to loose", as 3 are classified and only one is out?
I think we must change that way of classification, because in a capitals game, without playing to win is veruy easy to classify, u just have to turn cards first and attack the capital of the player that plays the turn before you. Then you are sure that any of the other 2 players will eliminate him/her and you will be in the final!
I hope nobody does it to me!
