I would like to join. I have one game spot left. I've never played that map. I would like some info, i.e. cards, no cards, increasing, fog, etc. I need to practice so I can knock out Vexer & Co. and make you guys change the domain to dominating13.com. =)

@brewdog I think the plan was for 4p deathmatch, increasing cards, no fog on Oregon Cities.

And guys don't worry about leaving a game open for this. since we didn't say up front when it was going to start, you haven't been able to plan to leave a game open so we will add you to the tournament even if you already have 5 games going.

We need 16 players. i think we are one short. somebody tell kw cheng he can join even though he always has 5 games going.

Fendi is running this so it's up to her to get it started.

I have a question about the format. This is going to be 4 games of 4 players a peice. The only question I have is, will the winner of each of those 4 games play each other in a game to see who is the victor of the tournament so technically you only have to win your initial game and the championship game. Or will you have it set up as a double elimination type where you have to lose twice in order to be eliminated. I just am curious to know how the players for each game will be chosen and how to be eliminated. If you need any help on the matter I will be more than willing to help with anything I have asked in the question I had.

Just say "I'm in". Do I get something cool when I win this tourney? Like a cool moniker or a or title that you will all have to reference me by?

I used to place players in my tournaments on CC by random. But seeding them by Rank would be cool. That way you won't have 4 high ranks in one game, then 4 low ranks in another. If you watch March Madness then you'll know what I mean.

I think its a single elimination, where the 4 winners of each bracket game play in the championship.

Good question Brewdog!! What does the winner get for placing #1?

Hello.

I actually thought the tournament would consist of an initial game and a championship game. So players would only play 1 game, 2 if they are able to get past the first stage of the tournament by winning the initial game. The second and final stage is the championship game, which would consist of the players who have passed the first stage.

The players for each game will be decided with the help of Vexers list of the "Dominating 12"

Here is the list: http://dominating12.com/forums/dominating12.html
Here is its thread: http://www.dominating12.com/forum/?cmd=topic&id=526

Or if You all like, I can place them by random.

The players will be eliminated once they lose.

Those who win in the first stage will receive 125 tokens each.
The winner of the whole Tournament will receive 125 tokens, I will also double the points that they will gain from the championship game.

I have yet come up with a suitable title but will try to find one as soon as possible. You are more than welcome to help me with it.

Please share your thoughts if You have a better idea of how this tournament should be structured. =)

Take care.

we aren't doing live tournaments yet because we don't have any code written to handle the tournament. To get this regular tournament to work fendi has to manually create all the games. This is too time consuming to do live. There would be too much down time between games.
