Not getting option for creating a team game on Texas

Hi. Trying to set up a private deathmatch team game on texas with friends. I have a premiun account and can set everything except making teams instead of free for all. See pic below.

You are missing other options. Have you restarted your browser?

You need to enable "advanced options" to make team games. Click the "view more" button under the "advanced options" box.
