I like creating games with set caps, and I like playing on different maps. But if the map is really large, a low set cap can make for a painfully long game.

So does anyone have any tips for card set caps based on how many territories or regions there are?

Thanks!

I usually play Domination gametype to avoid neverending games,
and I set the card cap at 150% of the number of territories each player start with.

6-7 territories per player >>> cards capped at 10
8-9 territories per player >>> cards capped at 12
10-11 territories per player >>> cards capped at 15
13-14 territories per player >>> cards capped at 20  -(my favourite)-

Yes, that's a very good point. Play domination or assassination for fixed cards/capped card games will usually make them not last for half a year B|
