how do you make teams

How do you pick the option "teams" when you create a long-term game? Whenever I go to create a game the only option that is showing is "Free for all".  Also, it will not let me select anything except "Deathmatch". How do you get to play the other options.

You have to click the advanced options button, and to create games with other gametypes purchase them with battle tokens in the shop tab at top of screen.
