Seeing scores

I enjoy the stat page breakdowns very much, but I'm having trouble seeing my total points. At the end of the game it will say how many I gained or lost, but doesn't tell me where I stand with a # for total points. Where do I find that?

Also, how do you climb in skill level? Is that solely based on points or some more complex formula?

Your points total can be found in the 'Upgrades' tab on the top on your page.
