So are there no player stats that actually publicly say how well you play?

Click on your own profile and click standings and you can see the tallies between everyone you have played. You can also visit someone's profile as well and see tallies between the players they have played. You have a skill level score that players can see. Why are win ratios not public?

I think win ratios are often misinterpreted. There are players with high win ratios but not very many points or skill score. That is because they are playing players who aren't any good. I don't think win ratio is a useful measurement of a player's skill. If the win ratio was broken down by number of players in a game that would be more useful but still doesn't say anything about the quality of the players that they beat. Skill level is calculated based on the skill of players that were beaten. It is much more useful than win ratio. We've had some discussion about making points public. It's not my priority right now however since there are still glitches in same time games to deal with.

No, I agree. They can be. It's different if my win ration is lower, but I usually have two more players than another person. Still, it's worth having out there, and maybe a win ratio that factors in opponents played.
