There is lots of information to answer any questions you might have in our forums, which are simple to use.
You obviously know how to play, but we do have slight variations to other sites and we also have a wide variety of options and settings for all our maps of which there are many.
If you have any questions at all, most people in your game will normally assist first hand within the game chat, but feel free to Private Message any staff and all will endeavour to assist you.
Most staff are recognisable straight from the Who's Online link where you may see (Game Attendant) after a players name, these people can assist with all general concerns. If you need further assistance or have a complaint, you can PM a Moderator. If you need technical help or have a serious concern, you can PM an Admin'. There is a brand new Help button on the Report tab within your games, so if you have anything that needs urgent attention, click it and any staff on line will rush to your aid and if need be, extend the clock until they have dealt with the situation / concern.
We have some settings that are very different to most other Risk sites, one of these being Same Time play, please read the game settings before committing to join a game, as you could be joining one of these games without wanting to and they require a fast connection & processor for you to become competitive at. If you do feel this is for you, please bare in mind that this type of game is still Beta and comes with possible bugs. All games that are Consecutive play of course are normal and bug free.
We also have a new Team setting where you can play in teams of 2,3 or 4 players and can communicate with each other in private and also reinforce each other, quite fun and quite difficult to master.
There are limitations to the amount of live & long term games you can play unless you choose to purchase premium membership. You also can't create games on some of the maps or use certain settings without this, but you will have access to far more features than most other sites allow and can join games that are premium only settings at a cost of tokens (which you earn as you play).

When you view your profile, you'll see 3 Reputation Scores, keeping these at or very near 100 is quite essential to whether or not you are taken seriously as a reputable player worthy of invite to higher level games. Please make it know that you are a seasoned veteran from another site and most high rankers will normally trust your word and be happy to answer any questions you might have during the game.
