checked both inbox and spam and no validation email is found

Off the top of my head I recall hotmail and aol as completely blocking us. You won't see these in your spam folder either.

Gmail seems to always work. Before you validate your account you can always change your email address to one that works. If you still have problems then send me a message I can manually validate your account though you won't get your turn notifications if you don't provide an email address that we can actually get mail to.
