a question about sametime type

in sametime type.i and u 4myGod start game at once.My territory A(have 4 army) attack your territory B(have 4 army) ,i lose 2 army and sametime your territory B attack my territory A u lose 2 army.
what happen? what happen first?

The first one to attack wins, the 2nd one to attack comes back with an error saying "not enough troops" it's impossible to both attack at the exact same time, because one of them will be run first.

iv always hated same time playing on conquer club, i dont see whats wrong with freestyle that makes you wait until the current player finishes his turn

but this site it is diffent.when i attack Hugs, at same time he attacks me

Someone must attack first. The script can only be run by one person at a time. Someone will be first and someone second, and if you are second it will most likely return with an error saying you don't have enough troops or it just will change your troop count on the map.
