Have you tried to send a report using a different browser? Sometimes things work right in one browser but not all of them? Are you on a desktop/laptop or tablet or phone?

google chrome > laptop , ya some things def not right my profile stats included from what I can see. e.g. says ive resigned 0 games even though ive resigned well over 10? unless 1v1 doesnt count

It only counts as a resigned game if there were more than 2 players left when you go neutral.
