Your reinforcements are calculated using the following formula:
max(3, floor(territories / 3)) + region bonuses
What this means is the following:
- Your base reinforcements are equal to the amount of territories you own divided by three, rounded down. So for example 12 territories gives you +4 and 17 territories gives you +5.
- If you have less than 9 territories, you still get +3.
- If you own all territories of a region at the start of your turn, you get bonuses for these as well. The bonuses for these region can usually be found in the minimap.
