In game chat

I don't know how many people try to use the in game chat - I know I haven't much in the past. Today playing 1 on 1 I was trying to send a message during the other players turn and when I pressed send it just froze and left the text down there in gray font but it didn't publish it in the window and even when it's my turn I can't click in there and send or edit it. Oh, now a couple turns later it's just gone...hhhmmmmm - not sure what else to say - now I can send it and it's working fine....

Could have been slow internet? No worries though, I will be changing that chat to be more like a live chat in the new update, and making it more in view.
