Malfunction

Is this the right place to report a malfunction? I am in game 314561 at present with jjcline48, which I guess, he created. He cannot seem to put down troops, and does not answer chat messages.I had a similar problem third round, but could place troops and fight again next round. He must be there, but cannot play.

I have returned the points for this game.
