1st Question: There is talk of the staff & programmers changing the missed turn parameters to 'any 2' missed turns in so many rounds, there is a thread on it somewhere.
As far as deliberate time wasting is concerned, I believe we just have to sit it out and wait.
2nd Question: For 2 & 3 player games or any games where you can't get a second player to also report the same incident, you should call (PM) a Moderator / Admin to check the game and if they deem it necessary, they will also report it or carry out the necessary action depending on the offence.
