Really good point, there would have to be a different increasing card system for 12 player games.
What about, all turn in's are only increased per players turn in's.
So your first turn in is 4, your next is 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25 as now, but not relative to a general turn in value increased by the turn in's of other players?
There will be some that are forced to 5 cards and slower turning in, but generally there will be no out growing other players just because you are first to play.
I realise that this will make games much longer, but troop numbers will be much lower and the chances of success in attack also more evenly matched and more risk of failure.
I haven't thought about the way the game would play due to this or if it would cause stalemates, but surely if fixed card & no card games are playable, this type would also require strategy over luck?
