I think there is a lot of vitriol on this site between people for bad moves during games, or supposed teaming, or even some accusations of multiple accounts being the same person.
Well I think we should realize in a game of war, you will not always be happy with others who are for the most part, trying to kill you. But sometimes, players surprise me and do really stand up and classy things. I think those things need a place to be celebrated or at least noted so they know they are appreciated.
Last night, by mouse slip, or input error - Syg moved off his cap and ran out of time before he could fortify back. Immediately all the players called for a round of amnesty. Pretty classy.
The next player was taking his turn by then and didn't see the chat and took out syg, then Muz, and the fortified to cap. This player actually said "I've never played with guys that are nice enough to let that go." And he apologized, and we all agreed to end the game.
No one was around to cancel the game though, so Tram said he'd write an admin, and then play the game out.... knowing full well he had a great shot at running the table. Then tram ran the table and won the game fairly easily. He still wrote Fendi and had the game points cancelled and returned. The guys in the 6-8 man cap games are always extremely classy, and I think they should know I really appreciate it and enjoy playing with them.
