It has to do with your email service provider for your domain. They are so convinced that we spam that they won't even show it in your spam folder. That's what happens when these things are automated without a human double checking the work.

Google is the most accurate, they have never blocked our emails. If you want to switch the email account associated with your account to a gmail account so that you will get the emails send me a message with the address and I will change it.
