it wont let me take my turn

i will hit begin turn it says i have reinforcements and i click on one of my interrogatories but it wont let me place them i am also new just started 30 min ago so please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Use google chrome not internet explorer. And definitely don't use a smartphone.

I tried logging in at your account and was able to play just fine, so its probably a problem with your computer or your network (but I think your computer).

Try resetting the browser to the defaults, updating it, removing your temporary files, or download another browser like firefox.

This happens to me on my mom's computer on Chrome and Firefox, so it might be your computer entirely and you'll have to find another way to play...

I wonder if some people have javascript disabled or locked down.

Probably locked...I know my mom has Javascript on because she uses Facebook...

He certainly hasn't got javascript disabled, because he can do some parts that require javascript, just not all of them.

Hi - I just joined recently and have similar problems - i can deploy but not attack, it jumps straight to end attack phase, if i refresh after ending attack it says to fortify but it wont do it - i have firefox & updated it but made no difference - have just continued deploying hoping to b able to use my wife's laptop soon...I am struggling with adverts which act maliciously, almost continual attempts to load,[seriousads], i'm told normal antivirus cant fix it? - anyway will take pc in some time - also im using a phone to connect, but not smart, a fairly old samsung....thinking it must be the ads...?

If you have some trojan installed that 'live edits' the webpage, than that could be the cause.

If your normal virus scanner can't remove it, and a temporary other virus scanner can't remove it either, I recommend you to back up your important data (not random donwloads from the internet) and reinstall your windows.
This will cause you to lose all not-backupped data, so be sure to backup properly.

Backup too much (like weird downloads) and the virus may return.


Reinstalling a computer every few years speeds up your computer wonderfully as well, virus or not, so not a bad idea anyways

Oh, good to know. There are "legal" programs that do things like this as well. Officially you should be able to deinstall them using the software (start - control panel - uninstall a program) and then hope you can find it (to get the name: check if your browser have an unknown add on installed? that might be the name).


You can install these "wonderfull tools to make your life better" by isntalling something for free and forget to uncheck checkboxes that allow you to install these tools for free (sometimes all you have to do is click I accept on the wrong page of the installer - annoying things).

But if it is a virus, than reinstalling the computer might be best, still, worth a try, saves some time reinstalling everything.
