If you have some trojan installed that 'live edits' the webpage, than that could be the cause.
If your normal virus scanner can't remove it, and a temporary other virus scanner can't remove it either, I recommend you to back up your important data (not random donwloads from the internet) and reinstall your windows.
This will cause you to lose all not-backupped data, so be sure to backup properly.
Backup too much (like weird downloads) and the virus may return.
Reinstalling a computer every few years speeds up your computer wonderfully as well, virus or not, so not a bad idea anyways
