Fog of War Chat

Are there any specific rules for Fog of war games regarding chat? I played in a game yesterday where one or two players were telling the other players how strong I was. I'm fine with it if that is allowed, I just thought there was a rule against giving information in fog games. Seems like it is defeating the purpose if everyone can just tell each other where everyone's troops are. Please advise. http://www.dominating12.com/?cmd=game&sec=play&id=224175

To summarise the thread: yes, it is allowed and in my opinion it makes it even fun, because even though you can say in the chat someone is strong, that doesn't necessarily have to be the case, so you can manipulate people a lot in fog games.
