Possibly when you click on turns for long term games? Just think it means you can give a game a name to help you remember which it is, eg World Classic deathmatch etc.

Yes, that's right. You can name your games so you can see what games they are. For more in-depth notes on a game there is a special tab above the chat / gamelog that allows you to make notes.

It can also be used as a reminder for the game, like to remember that it is a same time game or I'll label it Vexer when He's in the game, so i try to keep my cool.
