It means that during 1 turn, all players are able to make moves. It can be tricky because you have to be fast, and there is also a bit of lag so it's not always clear what the other players are doing at a given moment.

Same time games can be fun but they are still in beta mode, so don't count on a perfect game every time.

They do work well in long term games, though, because without a turn order the games usually progress much faster.

Instead of each player taking a turn in order, each player takes their turn in the same time frame(in no particular order).

When the the last player to finish making moves and ends their turn in said time frame, the next time frame begins.

If you are fast, sometimes you can take a territory before someone else does, or sometimes more than one player is vying for the same territory and the last man standing wins it, or sometimes the person who waits the longest can snag a territory for cheap if they wait for others who are fighting over it to waste their troops allowing you to swoop in.

It is a very difficult game to play and often times the players will wait until the timer is about to run out to make their final move.

The one thing to remember is, is that if you are the player to make the last move in a turn before ending the turn, you are unable to make any play in the next turn until someone else does first.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask!

I advice not to play same time games in live games, as they tend to glitch alot there.

Also, if you play same time capital games, know that your cap can be snatched from you while you take your turn.

As of how they work, it's like it sais, everyone can take their turns at the same time.
