I personally would call it Israel, but I am not the author of the map, Pntbttr is, and he called it Palestine.
Just know that even though the map uses the name Palestine, that refers to roman/greek naming of the region, and does not acknowledge or deny palestine as a state or country.
I think the author, Pntbttr, is from the USA, so quite a chance he doesnt acknowledge it as a country, but named the region Palestine anyway.
