This is exactly what should happen when you attack with only 3 on your territory. You are only rolling 2 dice versus the defender's 2 dice. Statistically the defender has the advantage because ties go to the defender. The defender wins 61% of the rolls. You only got a little bit of bad luck here. Nothing worth reporting. It's your fault that you got bad dice. You made poor decisions. You basically suicided yourself on the first turn of the game.
