I would really like to play this tournament, the game don't allow to play in teams but I think this game mode could be really good, how can we organize this tournament?

Take a look at this thread - it's a 2v2v2v2 and 2v2v2 tournament. When that tournament finishes I'm sure it will be repeated.

It is now Day 8. Please submit your Lynch vote, as well as any Role-specific Day actions you wish to perform (countdown).
Day Actions:
• #LYNCH [player], #NO LYNCH, #ABSTAIN in forum thread.
• Role-specific actions (via PM with V98).

Not sure what went wrong during your search/try outs... but the game DOES support this teammode.
Furthermore, if you wish to already join/play/practise some games in those settings (before joining the tournament V98 spoke of), you CAN create them yourself - or join some which are already open and waiting for players:
