Some ideas

ps:

 i could add a RED anchor in Jiang. 6, Jinwan south and Wanshan
a BLUE anchor in Pinghai, Longgang and Hong kong.
and a GREEN anchor in Homg kong, wanshan and Huangpu!
instead of the dotted lines. the gameplay would chanhe a bit, but it would look less messy, especially with all those islands.

ps: it has 53 or 52 territories (at least so far)

i can also merge Gaotan and Baokou in the green region, and make it +3
and
Gayyao and Didou in the yellowish region, and reduce the bonus to +1

this will make the map to 50 or 51 regions.
