Arctic Circle

This map looks beautiful!! I think it will be fun to play as well - circular gameplay, high connectivity but with key bottlenecks, balanced regions (bonuses seem right to me) and relatively easy expansion options. :D I'm in favour of the Nordic region remaining as a large +5 instead of two smaller regions. But it could work either way I guess. The "Ukraine" region could do with another name in my opinion... Nice one, very good job! ;) Arkhangelsk is the correct name (I know bcoz there's a chess opening named after that town). Anyway also Archangel is fully accepted.
