First, well done, with a little tiny bit of guidance, you have made a map with a good idea of it's intended concept, something I lacked on my first attempt here.
You will be getting feedback for many things perhaps you didn't expect or weren't aware of and before this will become a used map at D12, it will undergo many changes, so I hope you have everything separated in layers in your master file?
I will never bombard you with too many changes at a time, just the ones that need to be changed first before any other unnecessary graphic work is undertaken that could cost you lost time.
The mini map has to go somewhere and normally it is in one of the corners of the map and can't be obscuring any of the main map, so I would suggest losing the extra island with Lutus & Canum on and the territory Everett, so that it can go there.
If this affects the gameplay you expect or require due to your map now having 30 territories instead of 33, you will need to add 3 territories somewhere else in the middle region. If not, good as there is no rework needed to just remove those 3.
The colours of the middle regions, Red & Brown are too close in colour. Solution = swap the grey and red colours over.
The connection from each outer island (where the Capitals will be in a 3p Cap's game) to the main central island are uneven. It is currently possible for the Purple island player and the Greeny-Brown island player to take and defend an extra bonus on the Main Island (centre), but not the Green island player. On the same note, the connection from the purple island to the main island (Glandrael to Beronis) offer too much access to the Green island and should connect Glandrael to Platon.
I'm not saying these things won't get changed again when others comment on the map or give suggestions, but it is a start down the right road. Some of which will save you work and some that will allow others to see where you are going with it.
Things you might want to consider if looking to save a lot of rework are; fairness to all 3 players with regard to the order of the territories on each Cap island and how easy or hard each will be to conquer and defend. If one player can use and move his cap troops to take the bonus island region where as the others can't, to name but two.
I would put a graphic example up, but you seem more than capable and eager to do the graphic work and more than able to comprehend suggestions. Again, well done, good progress!
