first time tourney player - how do I sign up?

u just missed out on this one minty. but just check the tournament forums for any new tournaments. usually say something like. "i'd like to join", and the host of that tournament will add you to it or get back to ya. there might be some entry conditions. reputation score, such as attendance, fair play or needing to have experience for a certain gametype. eg: capitals.
