Details.
These are 24 hour turn games. Log in once or twice a day to make your move.
It is a double elimination format. Best outta 3 games moves to the next round in the Winner Bracket. Loser get's another chance to Win the Loser bracket for the Grand Final.

Winner receives 1000 tokens
Runner-up receives 750 tokens
Third place receives 500 tokens

for the case of 1v1 games, missed turns only ruin it for yourself rather than multiple players as in multiplayer games/tournaments.
